Animation is expressed in several different states – it's a moving graphic primarily based on moving text and graphic elements. Then there’s character animation, in which some character with a personality comes into play. Both types of animation can be created in 2D and 3D formats, or in fact using an actual 'puppet film' technique, depending on your needs, idea and, of course, budget.
